A studio that works on clay

Red clay is the first pigment people ever used. Everything Allura makes is made, packed and sent from one studio, and that studio works on clay.

Allura Tech & Life has been owner-operated since 2020. The skincare line is eight products; there are eight supplements for animals, and three devices. A red clay mask is in development and will join the skincare line — the first product with the material actually in it.

We sell directly. There are no marketplace listings and no retail stockists — if you have an Allura product, it came from here.

The three states

Clay is raw, then dry, then fired, and it is a different colour at each stage. Raw is damp and grey-pink and holds a fingerprint. Dry is chalky and pale. Fired is terracotta. The work is being photographed across all three — that series is being made now, and the imagery on this site today is rendered, as the footer says.
